Our philosophy
At Liven we’ve developed a distinct approach to sourcing and blending raw materials. We embrace the traditional approach of our ancestors to seasonality, using plant material as it comes ready for harvest, and updating our blends as we press seeds and nuts throughout the year. We utilize modern technology and an innovative approach to extracting the most powerful components of the seeds, nuts and herbs found in Cyprus. We love sharing edible and cosmetic oils not usually found in the market.
We prioritize using upcycled raw materials that are the byproduct of agricultural food processing, and source raw materials from overlooked or obscure plants and trees. Our guiding philosophy is to bring products to our customers that have been minimally-processed, are as fresh as possible, undiluted and unadulterated, and represent the full energy and potential of the plants, and herbs, seeds and nuts we lovingly harvest and alchemize into finished products.
